* 1. ENTRY: No purchase or payment is necessary to win. Entries for Holiday Getaway begins 11/1/2009, and must be received via the official contest web form by 12/11/2009 by noon Central Time. The $500 AirTran Airways gift voucher is courtesy of the Quad City International Airport and the Quad City Times. Entry Rules: One entry per person, please. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
* 2. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
* 3. NOTIFICATION AND PRIZES: The prize winner will be notified by phone and e-mail by the marketing representative of the Quad City International Airport (QCIA), on or before 12/14/2009.
* 4. TICKETS/PRIZE CONTENTS: The grand prize consists of one, $500.00 gift voucher on AirTran Airways, which may be used at airtran.com, towards airfare anywhere in the AirTran route system. Winner will also receive a Quad City International Airport gift bag valued at $150.00 including a week (up to 7 days) free parking
* 4.(a) There will be no cash or cash equivalents issued by any parties as part of this prize. Decisions will be final and binding in all respects relative to the contest. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. There is no prize alternative, nor is there a cash alternative. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Winners agree to allow their names to be publicized if applicable on the qcairport.com and qctimes.com websites.
* 5. By participating in the contest, entrant agrees that: (1) The entrant is "opting in" to receive low fare e-mail alerts from the Quad City International Airport (sent approximately one to two times per month.) (2) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the contest but in no event attorney's fees; and (4) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
* 6. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the sponsor in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
* 7. The giveaway contest is being sponsored by the Quad City International Airport and the Quad City Times. Sponsors will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent textual errors in these Official Rules or in other contest materials. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local regulations. Void where prohibited.
